Description
You will be exposed to Food & Beverage Management and explore the diversity of dining. Your focus will be on learning excellent customer service standards and rotation through various F&B functions of the hotel sector.
Tasks include:
- Handling financial situations
- Ensuring that guests receive high-quality service
- Being responsible for your own results/targets Assist in general administrative and daily tasks
- Setting tables with clean linen or place mates, cutlery and glasses
- Promoting local produce and attractions to visitors from interstate and overseas
